How do you clean my guttering?

This is done by using our gutter vacuum system, we can completely clear you're guttering and flush all downpipes. We can also easily access & clear hard to reach guttering like over conservatory roofs safely from the ground eliminating the dangers that can arise when using ladders.

My house has 3 floors and I've been told it can't be done. Can you still clean them?

Yes no problem. Our gutter vacuum system can easily clean gutters up to 4 floors safely from the ground.

How do I know my gutters need cleaning? I can't see what's in them.

We can show you, our camera system can take pictures or video which can be viewed on the spot or sent via e-mail or mobile phone to show you exactly what state you're guttering is in.

However there are also telling signs that you're guttering could be blocked for example.

1. water overflowing whilst it's raining
2. if you can see grass or debris sticking out of the guttering especially on corners or near downpipes.
3. after heavy rain clumps of moss can be seen scattered around the house on the floor
4. guttering looks distorted or has come away from its fittings

In general if your guttering has not been cleaned for at least a year then it is highly advised to have them checked.

Do I need to be home?

No, we supply our own power and have all the necessary equipment needed to carry out the work, however if you wish to be home when we clean them that's absolutely fine.

What happens to all the debris?

All debris is collect into our gutter vacuum and is then taken away and disposed of by us.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry public liability insurance cover of £5 million including damage to property worked on which we are happy to provide on request, many companies do not include damage to property worked on or are unaware they don't have that specific cover in their public liability.

Do you clean gutters for commercial properties or sites?

Yes, our insurance cover allows us to carry out our Gutter cleaning services for all types of commercial customers, for example care homes, schools, churches, maintenance companies, guest houses, hotels & industrial units plus with our gutter vacuum system enabling us to work from the floor we can eliminate health & safety issues regarding the use of ladders, scaffolding etc which also brings down the cost.
